Join us live on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 2 pm ET

Affleck and Gordon attorneys discuss traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and how common they are among service-related injuries for Veterans who have seen combat. If you’re a Veteran who’s been denied your initial disability claim, or you’ve received a rating lower than you believe is fair for the injuries and illnesses incurred by your service, you are now faced with the option to appeal or challenge the VA’s ruling.

This webinar will discuss:

  • Forms to File/How to file a claim for TBI
  • How to successfully file an appeal your VA disability decision
  • Evidence needed to prove your TBI has a clear connection to active-duty service
  • Steps to receive a proper rating for your level of disability
  • Connecting mental health claims such as PTSD to TBI
  • And more!
